ICE-CREAM

CAN ROOM 15 MAKE ICE-CREAM WITH 3.3% OF FAT MILK?

Ingredients

- 3.3% Milk
- Vanilla Essence
- (White) Sugar
- Crushed Ice- Salt

Equipment

- 1 Small Zip-loc Bag
- 1 Large Sized Zip
- A towel or Gloves
- Measuring Cups
- Measuring Spoons

Method

1. We got our big plastic bag and put a couple of of small ice cubes into our plastic bag, Placed our plastic bag down somewhere safe well we went and got our small plastic bag.

2. Next we took it over to the table and put milk, vanilla and sugar into our little zip-loc bag. Then we had to make sure that the small plastic bag was sealed tightly.

3. Next we had to put our little bag into our big bag, but we had to make sure the big bag was also sealed tightly.

4. We had to take our towel and wrap it around our big bag and shake it for about 30 or 15 minutes and we're finished. We take out our small bag and we get our spoon and eat it.

Outcome

It came out like ice-cream but tasted sort of like calcium, but mostly ice-cream.
Research

You add salt to ice to lower the temperature of the ice/water mixture, because without the salt, the temperature would not fall below 32F, which is not cold enough to make ice cream.
