VOLCANO

The thing that causes the volcano to erupt, is because the plates move. When they collide and slide one is pushed down while another pushes on top. There are various types of volcanoes and they can be found all over the Earth's surface, as well as underneath the ocean.

Mt Tongariro is located in New Zealand. It is located 20 kilometres (12 mi) to the South west of Lake Taupo, and is the northernmost of the three active volcanoes that dominate the landscape of the central North Island.
